Mont de l’Enclus is the highest point of the Pays des Collines and has beautiful walks through woods. But not only that. You can also enjoy a lovely relaxing moment on the terrace of one of the cafés at Enclus du Haut.
The Maison des Randonneurs is open during the high season. You will find all the information you need about walks, leisure activities as well as maps, hiking packs and other folders in this wooden chalet. And if you have a little time to spare you can visit the themed presentation area and the exhibitions on show.
As you leave the Maison des Randonneurs, head towards the beech grove and admire the landscape. This signposted walk takes you along narrow paths and will be the delight of nature lovers. Educational boards dot the circuit providing you with lots of information: the beech grove, tales and legends, the role of hedges and pollarded willows, biodiversity etc. Download the audio commentary to liven up your walk. The walk takes 2h20 with children.
After all your effort, you can relax on a terrace of one of the cafés at Enclus du Haut for a drink or a snack: pancakes, waffles, ice creams, snacks to go with a refreshing drink. Most of the establishments also have a playing area for children.
